Power Yoga
This class will focus more on the "Asana" of the 8 Limbs of Yoga (the physical practice and poses)
Strategically sequenced to deliver a strong powerful slow flow that emphasize proper body alignment, which builds natural heat and strength within the body when holding poses longer.
This class will help beginners build a fundamentally sound yoga practice and help more experienced practitioners progress.
Focus and attention to detail while moving with attention and purpose will be emphasized, along with proper breathing techniques to access fuller integrity of poses.
Students can expect to receive a yoga workout along with all the other benefits of a yoga practice.
