Ballet
Beginning/Intermediate Ballet will allow you to combine the beauty and grace of classical ballet with the engaging full body physical activity that draws you to working out. Matthew pulls from all of his training to combine the anatomical strengthening that ballet provides with fluidity and expression that comes through the form itself. This class will start with barre where you’re encouraged to use the barre to help you feel balanced and supported. We’ll move to center to test all the barre work we did, ending with you feeling stronger and more grounded. Finally we’ll move across the floor where it will feel glorious to stretch your body to the limits and show off all the hard work and progress you’ve made throughout class.
