Joanna holds a BA and an MA in dance, is a Registered Yoga Teacher, an aerial arts performer, and speaks fluent Spanish. Joanna moved to New York City two years ago to share her knowledge on fitness, dance, and health through teaching, writing, and performing. She first started as a FlyBarre Instructor and after extensive research she created her own Barre style that lengthens and tone the muscles in congruency with her knowledge on anatomy, physiology, and dance. Joanna was drawn to teach ReXist360 because the workout is applicable to every individual fitness goal and body personality. Joanna’s goal is to create an environment in class for everyone to find empowerment through fitness and to achieve heath and body goals in a positive and fun environment! She is super excited to be teaching at Power Studios NYC!
