Lalia Hays is a certified pilates instructor and dancer. She is passionate about helping people of all different ages, fitness levels & backgrounds reach their unique fitness goals.
She was training in pre-professional classical ballet until injuries forced her to stop pursuing a dance career. She started pilates to help with her injuries and it not only helped her recover but she fell in love with how it made her look and feel. Now she loves being able to share the amazing benefits of pilates with others. She is grateful to be able to use her experience to help others with injuries get moving safely and pain free. She loves being able to help people get stronger, longer, leaner, and feel their best.
